About RackSignal

RackSignal is a pilot-stage concept for small and midsize commercial AV integrators managing equipment across multiple customer locations. The goal is to match official manufacturer release and lifecycle notices to a user-imported model inventory.

The initial proposed scope covers Q-SYS, Extron and Crestron, with source-linked alerts, weekly summaries and CSV exports. No manufacturer partnerships or completed integrations are claimed.

We are prioritizing paid validation and matching accuracy before building the full SaaS. The product will not install network agents, collect device credentials, deploy firmware or connect to student information or customer-sensitive systems.
